There is so much bad news being promoted in this world today. I wanted to focus on the good things people are doing to improve their lives and others.
Oprah Winfrey, Mackenzie Scott, C.J. Walker, Bettencourt Meyers and Rihanna are all entrepreneurs working hard to make their dreams come true.
These five women are self-made billionaires in the U.S.A., despite the significant obstacles they faced as females in a male work force. I wanted to highlight their achievements and to promote women of all colors business leadership skills. While empowering women’s sense of self-worth; their right to have and to determine choices; their right to have access to opportunities and resources; their right to have power to control their own lives, both within and outside the home; and their ability to influence the direction of their lives and inspirer other women. 1-Oprah Winfrey is an American talk show host, television producer, actress, author, and philanthropist. She is best known for her talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, broadcast from Chicago.

2- Mackenzie Scott is an American novelist and philanthropist. As of December 2022, she has a net worth of $27 billion, while owing 4% stake in an online Amazon company.

3- C.J. Walker made her fortune by developing and marketing a line of cosmetics and hair care products for black women , through the business she founded the C. J. Walker Manufacturing Company. 

4- Françoise Bettencourt Meyers is a French businesswoman, philanthropist, writer, pianist and billionaire of  L’Oréal the largest  cosmetics company.

5- Robyn Rihanna Fenty is a singer, actress, and the youngest billionaire business women of 2023.
