I am always shopping at yard sales and Thrift stores for antiques, it gives me joy in looking for unusual items.
A rare Chinese bowl bought for 3 dollars at a yard sale, sold for 2.2 million dollars at an auction in New York.
The bowl is a Ding Dynasty bowl and is very rare. The ancient Chinese bowl displays all the characteristics attributed to the finest ‘Ding’ wares known in museum collections.
The bowl was purchased by a London dealer and then sold later for more money. If you like to see the past auction of the Ding Dynasty bowl, click the below link to watch the video.
Bonus item found at a Thrift store:

I was shopping at a Thrift store looking for a painting but came across a Last Supper painting. I bought the painting for 5 dollars.
I took the painting to an appraiser. Who told me, my painting was worth 4,000 to 8,000 dollars? Always have your item appraised to know the face value of your item to make sure you don’t have a fake one
This is a good find and I will be hanging the painting in my house soon.
