Don’t be Ashamed!

This is Mental illness awareness week at Philly News. We all have ups and downs in our daily life, but sometimes it can be more. Know-one should EVER be ashamed of being sad.
Depression can affect anyone at any age and can be triggered by various factors such as genetics, life events, stress, medical conditions, medications, or unhealthy environmental factors. Depression is not a sign of weakness.
It takes a STRONG person to say they need help and go get the help they need. Here are some signs and symptoms to look out for listed below.
