My son volunteer a long time ago and was able to learn electrician career skills. Two years later he was able to rewire my house and put in new electrical sockets for free .

1- Pro-literacy Program: This program helps adults improve their literacy, math, and computer skills. You will receive free training and support from the program staff.
2- Habitat for Humanity Program : As a building homes volunteer, you can help with various tasks, such as framing, roofing, painting, landscaping, or installing windows and doors.
You can also help with home repairs, such as weatherization, plumbing, or electrical work.
3- Phila-Bundance Program: Volunteering at a food service is a rewarding way to make a difference in your community and help fight hunger and learn new cooking skills.
