Here is two recipe for a delicious ground beef or stir fry streak dish.
These skillet dishes is a great way to use ground beef or streak and pack in lots of vegetables.
The herbs and spices give it great flavor. Try and Enjoy!
Beef and Vegetable Skillet recipe :
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cups diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup frozen peas
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion is translucent.
Stir in the bell pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, and frozen peas. Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Reduce heat to medium-low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender. Add rice if you like.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve hot, optionally topped with shredded cheese.

Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry recipe:
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer the beef to a plate.
In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is crisp-tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Toss everything together and let the sauce thicken, about 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the beef and broccoli stir-fry immediately over steamed rice.
