Affordable Homeownership making Eligible residents acquire homes for only $1, making the dream of homeownership accessible to a broader demographic. Participants will be required to invest time and resources into renovating and maintaining the properties, contributing to neighborhood revitalization efforts. The City will provide resources and guidance, including access to low-interest loans and partnerships with local contractors, to assist homeowners in their renovation projects.
